One of the unspoken truths of entrepreneurship is that no-one wants to hear the boss is struggling; especially in the Boardroom, where macho posturing is often still the norm.

I offer ad-hoc support to entrepreneurs when difficult situations arise and when my fractional CEO and co-founder programme is full. These sessions are for those lonely nights of entrepreneurship when you are not sure where to turn. It could be stress about an upcoming fundraise; a legal challenge; an employee issue; coping with the threat of insolvency; negotiation – or anything else where you need help and are not sure what to do.

The sessions are £175 an hour and completely confidential. Ideal for lone founders or co-founders who need outside advice from someone who knows how it feels to be in your shoes. In the first instance, it usually takes two hours to get me up to speed with the details of what you are facing and help you build a path through it. There is always a path forward, though, so don’t panic. You are not alone.
